I actually thought it was a good respose.

It is true that women run the risk of being captured and tortured just like anyone and they are more often raped than men.
1. Why is this worse than other horrifying torture?
2. Has it ever happened?

No need to call truce, it's only a discussion :) and the core of my point was simply that sometimes discrimination is justified and this is probably one of those times.

I'm essentially saying that transpeople shouldn't want to be in the military. Nobody should want to be an American soldier or an American cop at this point in history, since they serve the forces of capitalism and white supremacy.


When i read stuff like this it makes me even prouder to have served, and makes me want to encourage others to join up.

Anyone should be allowed to serve provided they can pass the tests.

If I've learned one thing from this thread, it's that I'd feel much safer being defended by a trans soldier than an autistic soldier. Because judging by the posts made by some of Wromgplanet's military veterans, it's apparent that my rights, well-being, and safety are not a very high priority.

Yes it appears Trump "jumped the gun" by bypassing his military advisers to ban trans
