Ever had your luggage vandalized by clumsy or criminal
baggage handlers at an airport?

Dave Carroll did. And he's not fighting mad--
he's singing mad!

(IMO: United Airlines, and Air Canada, and a host of others had it coming to them.)

I actually bought the song; I like it a lot. They're pretty good.

Apparently United has asked to use the video for employee training. I'd like to see that class. This is what happens when you tick off people with instruments. Don't do it.
