Ok, this should be a lively topics to talk about it but they are highly relevant.

Anyway, body scanners are the new devices being piloted in same airports which can see beneath your clothes to search for weapons and in those airports replaced old school metal detectors. Of course, this is the equivalent of s electronic strip search so what do you think?

RFID chips can track anything with radio frequency and have been implanted in some humans, but very few so far. RFID chips can track anything so where is privacy?

Anyone, view this as the begining of total control of human movement such as described in 1984? (though in a slightly different way?)

I think anything that makes it harder for the aliens to hide their tracking implants in us can only be for the ultimate good.

I'm kidding, I know it's just a harmless tag-and-release program to track how the hybrid DNA is assimilating into the species. They won't let Big Brother get away with anything they can't control. :cyclopsani:

Have heard, and seen, a few reports that the chips implanted in pets have caused a larger amount of tumors around the chips than is being let on.

It's a foreign object, the human body has this thing about foreign objects, they cause issues.

I don't know, there is the angle that human implants will give a whole new meaning to "My, aren't we chipper today."

I actually wonder about the health risks of sthese scanners, etc. I mean, I know that we're already all using cellphones and there is some specualation about the dangers of radiation, and there is so far no evidence either way, but do we really need all these scanners, chips, etc. when they are possibly dangerous? Besides, I agree: where is privacy?

The chips bother me because if you need a MRI I'm fairly sure they would have to be removed. If they are looking for say a blead in your brain or something like that would they have the time , also if they don't have your records in hand and your unable to speek what then? Ouch... I just started carring a cell phone and only a very few people have the number because really if I'm out I don't want to be bothered thats why I went out.

Me, too. I always wonder at people who have a cell phone glued to their ear, as they drive, shop, ride their bike, walk, etc. 8O
