Can't we just make those people live on some island were we never have to see or hear from them ever again?

I felt good about the sentance of the court, I think that the judge was right.

Maybe the mother and father should have to clean the shoes and boots of prison and police officers each day in jail. This might add to their learning experience.

A Big Fine for the Big Hoax topic

$42,000. And no earning money from publicizing it for 4 years, according to the judge.

Edit: I just read in my local paper that the fine could be in excess of $50,000!

Jail time: 90 days for him, 20 days for her. Symbolic, but at least we know crime does not pay (at least for 4 years!!)

Jail time is excessive, I think the fine is punishment enough.
