That's bloody stupid. That's like the reason Repo! The Genetic Opera directors didn't sue the directors of Repo Men, cause even though it may have been taken from someone else, there's just no point, the people you're arguing with are higer than you!

I wouldn't be supprised if the Avatar people didn't bother turning up :lol:

After reading that article, I'm not sure that there is any evidence that Avatar was plagiarised from this guy's novel. Even if the stories are similar, that does not necessarily follow. Plus, the director apparently started working on the script and plot-line before this Chinese man started publishing his novel.
