Not a really huge news story, but this blogger's slacker-type deadpan delivery of the incident should be read solely for lulz (although the construction company and the Prius owner weren't laughing). The story popped up on the local TV news channel websites, so slacker blogger has been posting the link to his version. Worth reading, if only to say, this is your brain on weed at 3pm.
