I can't find your link but I did a search....yeah I'm not impressed. It's cool that they can make boats fly and all but would a fleet of these really outdo an aircraft carrier in terms of efficiency and firepower?

It is definitely an improvement from the dildo rocket they unvieled earlier this month.

While the technology is not very capable compared to many Western power's technology, I really do not think the world should be taking this as a joke.

Sometimes, what counts more is the ruthlessness of the player and not how the game is played. I really hope they (the Iranian government) is not going to try to do anything stupid like attack another nation.

Well, in theory, missiles won't be able to hit it because it emits no heat signatures or radar frequencies.

But, what's it going to do against a platoon of soldiers in humvees shooting .50 caliber bullets out of an M2 lol?

Those are not stealth flying boats. The will show up on radar with a short enough wavelength. Drones would be more dangerous.

Ah, yes the ekranoplan... I was thinking of that when I saw this. This looks to next evolution of that soviet water skimmer...

... but I'm not really that impressed. What are they going to do, patrol the Caspian Sea with these things? Patrol the Indian Ocean?...

Now if they had only perfected flying tanks then maybe I'd feel more impressed.
