i can see sentient beings existing on planets around other stars; i can even see some of them achieving a civilization that is capable of the immense effort of launching vehicles into interstellar space. i have more trouble with imagining the reasons for their doing so. and when i consider the prospect of such beings arriving here & acting just like aliens always do in bad science fiction movies--i just laugh.

Correct that's what the man said about four months ago.

The areas that reported sightings on the 13th of October were the Eastern United States, from Texas to Vermont, South East Asia from China to Malaysia, and Australia.

I'm not saying it was "The Day The Earth Stood Still" stuff - but it's alot for a single day.

The story to keep an eye on is China. They've been blocking information getting out about the lights that appeared and the villages that were burned. Some are claiming it was a nuclear reactor leak.

A very large half circle of light moved slowly across the sky from east to west. It blotted out the stars as it passed before them.
