That's sad. I'm not a fan at all, but I've heard that she was huge back in her movie heyday. She did look quite a bad state in recent pictures, too.

I will miss her tweets but happy she is now with her dear friend Michael, at peace. :cry:

Indeed she was!! Her eyes were violet colored (Naturally)! She had a nice soft voice too! BUT I didn't like what Cloris Leachman said about her - E.T. called her up one night to tell her that her husband (Cloris's husband) had just left her house after a lot of love-making and she said that she was in love with him. I thought that was COLD. SELFISH too.

I haven't really seen many of her movies, but she did a good job voicing Maggie on the Simpsons. It's sad that America has lost one of its most iconic figures.

Can't say I was a fan, I haven't seen a lot of her movies, but she was quite an icon. Hope she rests in peace.

I remember her when she was doing alot of raising funds for AIDS back in the 1980's. That was when Rock Hudson was found to be HIV positive.
