Wonder if you could teach hobos to do this... then they could turn it into a shelter in exchange for something, and the shelter would make money, in theory. I know, a bit bad, but it could work.

Even so, this is a bit surprising.

A lot of dental labs are ripping out their carpets and sending them to the refiners, and getting enough from the gold in them to buy new carpeting.
