Even if anything happens (and I doubt it will), the article doesn't talk about banning Jewish people per se; it's Israel that they have a problem with.
Israel itself won't allow some nationalities to enter simply because their country is mainly Muslim.
Quote:
visa requirements to enter any country are dictated by that nation's government, not the airlines, and they apply to anyone entering the country regardless of whether it's by plane, bus or train.
As far as I'm aware this is also true.

The issue here is one of principle. Delta isn't being forced to include Saudi Arabian Airlines into its Sky Team Alliance. In fact, Delta could stand on principle and refuse to include Saudi Arabian Airlines based on its discriminatory policy.
I must be missing something, but I still don't see the discrimination by Delta.
Israel doesn't discriminate based on ethnic, national origin. It doesnt allow no fly list passengers and people connected with terror groups to go on its national airlines, but it does not allow a thinly veiled mask of discrimination such as Saudi Arabia is following. It also speaks to the values Delta claims to uphold as a company...if they even dare try to impose these rules on U.S soil they open themselves up to lawsuits, rightfully so.
