So if this was found to be true...would this technically mean that all the laws of the state are invalid as well??

Instead of finalizing their statehood they should break away and become an independent nation.
Then North Dakota would become the planet's fourth largest nuclear power- because of all of the missle bases they have

not all laws just the ones from the white house. Also if the white house continues to mess with gun laws Montana has a loop hole that voids it as a state.

Technically, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Virginia are not states; they are commonwealths.

And so is North Dakota which has been treated as a State since it entered the Union by act of Congress.

Considering that there are so many Norwegian-Americans there, they should declare themselves a part of Norway.

Or convince the people of Minnesota to join them and break away
from the US to try and become part of Canada.

Or convince the people of South Dakota to join them
and become the State of Dakota.

Now really, would the people of ND take this seriously?

According to the Onion World Atlas, they are represented in the Senate by a broken stool and a crushed up RC Cola can.

(their real senators are John Hoeven and Kent Conrad)

This reminds me of the situation where a corporation that doesn't keep corporate minutes failes to meet its classification requirements. Funny how legalisms work.
