The law known as the "FRA law" (or "FRA-lagen") to be heavily extended:

http://translate.google.se/translate?hl=sv&ie=UTF8&prev=_m&sl=sv&tl=en&twu=1&u=http://www.piratpartiet.se/nyheter/piratpartiet-om-fra-uppg%25C3%25B6relsen-%25E2%2580%259Den-h%25C3%25A5rd-julklapp-fr%25C3%25A5n-regeringen-och-socialdemokraterna%25E2%2580%259D

I knew this would happen, yet I still just must say how swell everything really is in the whole bloody world, including Sweden. Seems this is the present we got, here in Sweden, for Mona Sahlin having to resign from the leader post in Socialdemokraterna, after the failure during the election of 2010, and then being replaced with the mostly unknown politician Håkan Juholt and his new folks.

This affects countries around Sweden, as well, by the way, due to traffic that very often crosses borders, as well as those who somehow communicate with people in Sweden, of course.

Indeed.

Socialism officially is dead, in Sweden, by now... :/

Next stop is to install the nude scans at airports, I suppose, as well as opening up the medical DNA registry for the police and security police (SÄPO) (there's already clear signs of this being about to happen). You can still leave the registry, but I'm sure you won't be able to, soon enough. (For anyone that wonders, that registry, known as the 'PKU registry', originally was intended for research, to combat disease, with blood being stored in it from newborns, but many things point to it being opened up for the ease of solving cases of crime.)

(By the way, the links work, now.)

Excuse me? Socialism seems alive and well in Sweden; regardless of what the Reinfeldt regime says, it is still socialistic in tone and, above all, quite authoritarian.

Socialism is authoritarian. Other systems are, or can be, too.

In tone, to a big degree, yes. In practice, no. There's so much that has become worse, since 2004... where would one even begin?

Also, it's Sweden, not Switzerland.

Whoops. Sorry.
