U.S. condemns car bomb attack on Iran nuclear scientist

Quote:
The United States on Wednesday forcefully condemned a car bomb attack that killed an Iranian nuclear expert in Tehran--while just as firmly repudiating any suggestion that U.S. operatives might have taken part in the assassination.

"I want to categorically deny any United States involvement in any kind of act of violence inside Iran," Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told journalists at the State Department Wednesday ahead of a meeting with her Qatari counterpart.

Should they be allowed to go after those evil doers? You know it wouldn't be pretty if they did.

It's Mossad. Israel cannot allow a nuclear Iran. Cannot. Iran would nuke them sooner or later.

I can't help but think the US still had something to do with it. I see Mossad and the CIA as brothers.

If the day comes when it comes(Actually, I should say when the day comes) where oil ran out, would they still pursue a non-nuclear Iran?

It's not just the oil running out. We need nuclear power to prevent global warming. But we can't have nuclear weapons if we expect the planet to survive.

The CIA doesn't have the balls for such an operation anymore. When the oil runs out (not likely since they aren't building any new rigs), they can burn goat and camel crap.

I agree. This operation has Mossad fingerprints all over it.

The Israelis are practicing what is written in the Talmud:

Talmud or not it is simply the correct move strategically from their viewpoint

The Talmud is chock full of strategically correct moves. It is the Jewish survival manual.

Mossad is better for many of the missions because they are already look and speak "middle-eastern"

This. Who the hell else would target such a person in a time where Israel just happens to be worried about Iran's nuclear ambitions?

Mossad has also resorted to explosive based assassinations before.

You'd think by now that the Israel hating Iranians would have had a lynch mob go after their Jewish population.

Wouldn't be good in a propaganda perspective and would further justify Israel stance by citing rampant anti-Semitism hate crimes against it's "own" kind in Iran. If anything Iranians would strengthen friendships with the Iranian Jewish community. By doing so and having the Jewish community in Iran endorse Iran's right to nuclear power, it would diminish Israel's power to cite the anti-Semitism card. But as far as rhetoric goes, Iran is only against the Zionists rulers of Israel, not all Jewish people, otherwise they would have performed a final solution by now.

According to Israel-US propaganda, they want to kill off Jews. That's what I was getting at. No one realizes that they have a Jewish population that can move freely in Iran. I understand that they don't like the Israeli establishment, but there are anti-Semitic overtones to Iran. In fact, a lot of people that criticize Israel could be labelled anti-Semitic. Ben Stein did it to Ron Paul because of Ron Paul's non-interventionist position.

Which is why I mentioned the whole final solution thing. If Iran were that hateful, it would adopt (excuse the Godwin) Nazism policies in regards to how they handle Jewish people in Iran. So I don't buy the whole, Iran wants to exterminate all Jews propaganda, because if they truly wanted to, they would have started with their own population first. The real reason for Israel stance against Iran is simple, it is a potentially significant rival to their own influence in the Middle East. If Iran acquires nuclear weapons or even just nuclear power, Iran can bolster it's position in influencing the entire region and severely diminishes Israel's capacity to dominate. Iran's motivations is that it doesn't like how Israel's policies are encroaching and influencing geopolitics of the region, including itself possibly and blames that Zionist establishment for that. So it's nothing more than an issue of losing monopoly of geopolitical influence to another influence really.

But despite saying that it doesn't mean a Jewish person in Iran isn't in any danger though. Because when a war does start, they may be rounded up to eliminate potential 'Mossad spies' and then things could get ugly as it becomes genuine anti-Semitism.

They could be, but as long as it can't be proven that Iran isn't pursuing building their own nuclear device, they should be free to research and progress nuclear power. If that is what Zionism wants to do, then how many degrees of separation is there between it and Nazism? If Israel is willing to take all the steps needed to make sure that Iran doesn't obtain nuclear weapons, it could ultimately play out to destroy the whole ME.
