Sorry SOB hasnt visited her in 8 months but "worried" about her well being.
Ya you gotta watch out for those family members that are trying to put the screws to you out of "concern".

She brought him in this world, and he turns on her like that when she is too frail to drown him in the bathtub because she realized she gave birth to moral pond scum.... shame on him, what a dog!

If she wants to keep living in that house, she should be allowed to do so. Her son should have no say in the matter, whatsoever.

Seems to me that thousands of women yearly choose to 'evict' their babies from their wombs.
This lady, however, chose to carry him, give birth to him, raise him, sign over her house to him just to save him taxes when she dies, and THIS is how he says 'Thank You'?

If I ever saw that man, I would pump him full of Crossbow arrows and toss holy water at him.

Wow...
There needs to be regulations put in place to protect seniors better. It seems people forget that everyone gets old eventually.

That poor old lady. If he evicts her, I hope someone stands up for her and helps her find a place where she can feel safe and welcomed.

He probably was the one that wanted her to put her house in his name just so he could pull this stunt....she should have drowned him in the bathtub when she had the chance.

This is terrible! I don't know how someone could legally transfer a trust. Maybe there's some kind of loophole? Even if there was, I would never just kick my mother out of her home for monetary reasons. I also found a petition to try to help this lady stay in your home:

http://www.change.org/petitions/superio ... evict-her#
