8-7-12. Two dead, 15 injured, 25 units of people now in shelters. Injuries include broken bones, burns, inhalation, etc. Reports of a man in his 20s, white, shaved head, checkered shirt who has poured gasoline throughout apartment. This is less than a block from Holme's apartment. Do you think it is related?

No, I don't think the two are related.
I know there are theories floating out there about two shooters...and things like that. I don't think that's true and this is a coincidence.
