Back in the 19 th century in Lithuania, Easter Sunday was the start of the Pogrom Season.

It looks like some are speaking out against pointless assassinations of civilians in Pakistan.

A person born in Scotland might be cowardly or dishonest, but will still be a Scotsman.
That's the difference.

The "they weren't true Christians" seems like a cop out and denial of responsibility when it comes from the Roman Catholic Church though.

Often people who run institutional Christianity have been the least Christlike in their behavior.
And as a Protestant, I'm hardly going to be defending the actions of the Catholic Church. Not that Protestants haven't done bad things in their time.

I find no small amount of humor that atheists attack christianity with an argument that claims all taxonomy, science, and language is a fallacy.

According to the "no true scotsman" argument, saying "all true insects have six legs" would be fallacious.

That said, Happy Easter!
