Neighbors filing complaint against horse program for ASDs

Now, I'm not a Michigan resident, so I don't know the law(s) here, but this does seem a little odd.

While the article does'nt say exactly what special needs the facility works with, horse riding programs are often affilated with ASD programs.

Jerk. He admitted it was only one person who complained... and this complaint happened immediately after the person operating it bought the property. And that the neighbour was there probably for years before raising this issue... hmmm. Winn is scum and I hope that justice is done...

That does sound like a pathetic excuse. It seems like he has no legal reason, so he has to fall back on the old authority trip. Remember the old do as I say, not as I do mantra? Some people need to grow up. Horses poop and sometimes find a way out of fences, that's life.
