She was naked and couldn't talk, which means she's autistic, since some severely autistic people tend to take off their clothes when they get too hot, as was noted in the Mikaela Lynch case. She was wandering along a busy freeway-the main link between Sacramento and Portland-in the middle of the night, she's lucky she didn't dart into traffic and become roadkill. Obviously there needs to be a better system of keeping tabs on severely autistic wanderers. The first guy who comes up with something will be rich.

I'm sure someone as severely autistic as her probably lived in an adult or group home. That means some heads are gonna roll for their neglect.

If she was in a home, she should've had a bed alarm, poor woman could've been killed. Hope someone is held responsible.

According to the article - The female reportedly had no identification and appeared to possibly be autistic and unable to communicate.

This does not say she "was" autistic

Was she in fact a resident of a group home or a nursing home? Or did she live at a private home?
