Interesting in many respects. Did she get a special treatment, having earned a Bachelor's degree? How is she going to use the $75 they gave her? What will become of her, if anything? This time nobody can ask "What if she had been black?" but even now we can ask if it was fair to let a girl of 15 rot in jail for 28 years.

I don't know. She was guilty after all.

I can't say I think that anyone should be put on death row at 15.

But it wasn't an accident, she didn't get into some scuffle and accidentally kill someone. She stabbed her 33 times. Any 15 year old knows that is wrong, and deserves to go to jail for a long time.
