*Yahoo News*

I hope nothing happens, but it does make me nervous. Especially the idea of people surgically implanting weapons in their bodies. I guess that's the ultimate Trojan horse.

I think its all propaganda to distract from the revelations of the NSA's snooping. Sheep will give up any amount of freedom if you scare them enough, then tell them subjugation will make them safer.

I do find it somewhat suspicious that this has happened after a majority of congress has begun to voice opposition to the NSA info collection story. I still haven't seen any news stories that say what the closings are actually based on other than "increased chatter." Even if there was a terror plot underway, it seems unlikely that it would be on one of the embassies that have been closed. This particular sect doesn't usually strike where expected, which is part of their "shock and fear" tactics.

*sigh* All I can say is, given how high-profile the US is, this is not surprising. I don't know what has happened to my country, but.......
