Some friends from my church got stuck in an avalanche...

Everone made it out alive...however, a few people (I think) might of gotten minorly injured.

I heard about that on my local news...

We have a fair ammount of avalanche deaths each year in Utah. They are not good things to cross paths with. To survive something like what happenned to these kids did take an act of God, so I beg to differ with your statement.

Why is that? If you believe it took an act of God to get them out of that jam, then certainly you believe God was the one that cause the avalanche in the first place. I stand by my response that god doesn't like them much.
