Do you mean American engineers designing the Indian system or Indian engineers designing the American one? I'd be very surprised in either case, actually - it seems a bit too sensitive a project to outsource to another country!

Do you mean American engineers designing the Indian system or Indian engineers designing the American one? I'd be very surprised in either case, actually - it seems a bit too sensitive a project to outsource to another country!


Indian Engineers designing the American one. Even if it's too sensitive to outsource, Indian Engineers are perfectly capable of realising how the American version of PRISM and designing their own improved PRISM 2.0, as the article shows that they have done.
