Fair play to them, but I think they might be better off using their technology and money to feed their poor so they don't have to search for rats to eat.

Mind you, the way things are going, maybe the same could be said for America!

Science and technology are important for the economies of countries like India.

In what way?

A lot of my old Motorcycle parts are now pattern parts made in India, and they are all rubbish, are they trying to run before they can walk or do they make good higher technological products of which I am unaware?
