LA county sheriffs have been thugs for quite a long time.

Is there an executive summary for those of us who have better sense than to click on every link someone feels inclined to post without actually saying anything at all?

As far as the LA County Sheriff's Department, don't forget their killing of Donald Scott because they wanted to seize his property and were hoping they could find drugs even though there was no evidence that he had any.
