Someone will scoop them out,render them down and make gutter oil.

still not as bad as India
at least the chinese dont openly support dumping the dead in the river then bathing, swimming and drinking the water next to rotting corpse

I don't know how much of that in India is because people support or endorse that unsanitary lifestyle. India is such a poverty stricken place the people living there don't have many options. That is what poverty does. Poverty comes from overpopulation. You eliminate contraception options and this will be the United states in 50 years or less. Much like the remainder of the world is headed toward with the income inequality. Rather than contribute to making the infrastructure habitable to all citizens, the ultra wealthy are going the way of creating their own sanitation systems, water systems, security personnel, fire brigades, etc.

India could very possibly be coming to a community near your if the world does not get a stranglehold on this inequality situation.
