Obviously, somebody doesn't know their medical terms. Scrotum is confused with "sputum," green stuff coughed up when someone is sick. I really don't see anything wrong with people using proper medical terms. They have book titles such as "Everyone Poops," and "Walter the Farting Dog,"and nobody seemed to raise an eyebrow.

Afraid to tell you, but things like this rarely happen in Britain - we just get hung-up on every other PC matter...

Maybe if I repeat the word enough times to them, they'll get de-sentized to it.
