Sometimes I wonder if they don't test police candidates for sociopathy and make sure that they get as many as possible on the force.

I don't have any sympathy for people like him. I'm not much of a dog person either, but FFS that dog wasn't doing anything dangerous. I suspect that that cop attempted to attack that dog because it was a pitbull, a breed unfairly associated with violent behavior. Yes, they are big and somewhat intimidating-looking, but 99% of the time when they act aggressively, it's because their owners either mistreat them or encourage them to act aggressively. It's entirely possible for someone to have a pitbull that's friendly and well-tempered, and I'm sure that most actually are.

thankfuly the dog is ok,american pitbulls are incredible dogs,just google 'pitbull sharky' for one example of their nature when brought up by someone who gives a damn.
