Er. How about the state bar permanently banning him from practicing any sort of law (let alone judging) and charging him with assault and battery.

i'll almost never happen. he would have to commit murder before that happened.

After an incident like that I don't see how he can remain on the bench. Any future ruling he makes could be considered suspect (with this video as evidence) and you know what that could lead to......
