THEVERGE.COM "Study further confirms link between autism and pesticide exposure" (June 23, 2014)
(http://www.theverge.com/2014/6/23/58321 ... e-exposure)

"Complications during pregnancy, viral infections, and genetic disorders have all been associated with autism. But for the past few years, an increasing number of researchers have started to focus their attention on another important risk factor: environmental pollutants. These neurotoxins, which include everything from pesticides, to mercury and diesel, are thought to alter brain development in fetuses. Now, a new study further (http://ehp.niehs.nih.gov/1307044) confirms this link by showing that pregnant women who live within a mile of farms and fields where pesticides are employed see their risk of having a child with autism increase by 60 percent ? and that risk actually doubles if the exposure occurs in the third trimester...."

Even if it doesn't cause autism,it can't be healthy to start out life with a body full of chemicals.

That explains it!
When I was a kid I thought Raid wasp spray had a pleasant aroma to it.

Ewwwww, the smell makes me sick to my stomach.I'll leave if someone sprays it.In the early seventies there was a commercial for one pest spray called RealKill,no telling what was in that. The commercial had a little girl seeing a bug(like A bug,so menacing :?) and she starts screaming,"Mama get the RealKill,Mama get the RealKill."
I have a friend that likes the smell of Raid,he says it's similar to wild grapes.I don't think so.
You can spray a wasp with rubbing alcohol and it will kill it,but I don't do that,I catch them and turn them loose, they eat cabbage worms.

I was born 3.5 months early. I never saw third trimester.
