The article states that they were made over a 10 month period.

Assuming that this man never slept in those 10 months, that accounts for 71 texts and calls a day! That's almost 3 texts and calls an hour, and one text or call every 20 minutes or so!

That's a silly ass thing to send someone to jail over. If she had two brain cells to rub together she could have just blocked all incoming calls and texts from him.
