Intruder got into East Room of White House

While we spend who knows how much bombing people in Syria and Iraq to prevent a terrorist attack in the US in a 2 week period and intruder got into the East Room of the White House and a guy torched the radar facility at O'Hare airport in messing up the airlines for what is expected to be weeks.

That's not good. Obama is looking worn and pained (in that 60 Minutes interview.) Doesn't bode well.

Guess they better let him live there now.

To me this says more about the decay of manliness in our society than it does about the current administration.. No single man should be capable of "overpowering" a white house security guard. These guards are not physically fit, not trained and disciplined in man to man and martial arts combat. They are lazy and just rely on the brute force of guns and strength in numbers, but its a reflection of our candyassed male society. Lazy, lazy, lazy.

My opinion about this intruder is simple. Security is not perfect and can always be breached, even for the most powerful man in the world and one of the most protected places in the world, and it with these kind of mistakes that security learn so that it never happens again.
Like countries who have been victims of terrorism, like most European countries where bombs where going off all over in the 80's and 90's or like in Israel, it's these attacks that allowed the state and the security and intelligence forces to prevent the next ones.
Just my opinion.

Secret Service director Julia Pierson has just resigned after it was revealed that on September 16 an armed contractor with a criminal history was somehow allowed in an elevator with Obama in Atlanta.
