So this DA is taking s political risk and is being bullied by the police to drop the charges.

The homeless man, Boyd is thought to have been schizophrenic. The video is on YouTube. Look up "APD releases helmet cam of shooting." I couldn't watch the whole thing.

Will be interesting if it goes to trial.
