she passed from lung cancer, at 68. she was a singular 60s voice.

She was in an episode of Batman in the 60s (even sang a song). I knew her song It's My Party long before I knew who she was.

batman was the oh-so-hip thing to be part of in the 60s, before "laugh-in" came along in any case. she was a sharp cookie :thumright:
