My parents loved his music and saw him in concert in 2004.

I saw this on the internet late last night. I knew he was in hospice so I wasn't surprised to see it happen. Just saddened to see another legend gone. R.I.P. B.B. King

As B.B. died at age 89, I think it can finally be observed that Rock 'N Roll isn't just music for the young anymore.
Rest in peace.

You deserved every honor bestowed upon you, and every word of praise given to you...thank you for the music you gave us, and for the dignity and self worth that set you apart.

R.I.P., Mr. King.

She's up for his heirs, the Smithsonian, and the RocknRoll Hall of Fame, to fight over!

I'm just guessing.
