Good, but I think they'd be better off suing Jim Bob and Michelle. If Josh's parents already knew he'd been touching his sisters, then they were negligent in not protecting the babysitter from him. Plus, Jim Bob's the one with the deep pockets. I read recently that he's worth about 30 million.
