WoW that is a great vid. That family is crazy but was interesting to watch how warped some people are. Its really late here so only watched 1 part i will have to watch the rest tomorrow!

I always like Louis Theroux programmes. He always finds crazy people like this.

You know what I noticed? They create hatred. They created hatred in those drivers and they created hatred in me. Admittedly, the hatred is directed at the demented family, but hatred is toxic and contagious.

It's so over the top it seems like a comedy routine you keep expecting them to cut to them as actors talking about it or the next sketch. It's hard to believe there are people out there like this. In my town we had skin heads protesting on the green but nothing like this. I feel bad for the kids born into that family. I wonder if this could be considered child abuse?

With the number of kids they had, chances are relatively good that at least one of them is gay. Poor kid.

This 'god' they believe in is probably satan. I can't stand people who have views created by a belief in god.
Also I just had to say, what is wrong with gay people? Even if it was found that being gay wasn't natural, would it mean they are evil? Spawn of satan? Sinners of the Earth? I'm not gay, doesn't mean I have a reason to hate them.
Even so, I enjoyed that video, they were so far out you had to laugh at them.

Oh, yup. So these were the people that my father told me about. Just like he said, they go to funerals and make the greiving family feel even worse. It's quite obvious that people don't like them at all, really. No one wants to be around them becuse they will only give them negitive messages. They are pretty much living examples of why i hated religeon back when I was depressed. Infact, I made a joke about mean people (Mean people of all kinds, not just this paticular group) that I wish to share with you to brighten the atmosphere:

Q: How much are bullies ignored?

A: Enough that no one wants to be near them

There are three things that set me off: advocating self destruction, bigotry and bullies.
Even as God was about to "nuke" Sodom and Gomorrah, Abraham prayed for their salvation.
(Genesis 18:22-33) Such is the example a True Christian would follow. This family is NOT a Christian
family as defined by Christ himself. There are a lot of hate mongers here in York, PA.
"As you sew, so shall you reap." Hate mongering will backfire upon them.

I'm a big fan of Louis Theroux.
Made many documentaries on all sorts of weird people.
He spent some time with various groups, (many dangerous) with opposite politics to his own. Yet he never seems to impose his own views on them, always non-judgemental.
Some say he is 'sneaky' in his method; i think he gives people a noose and if they want to hang themselves he will let them.
Obviously i am talking metaphorically.
Despite some peoples 'evil' beliefs ( you see it's hard to be non-judgemental), he always shows the human factor. There should be more journalists like him ( there probably are but not given a voice).

What I noticed is that the people seemed to like him in spite of themselves. Even "gramps" let his guard down for a few moments on the second interview attempt.
