The drugs may have made him act like a total douchebag, but I did grow up listening to him.

I have much love for Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver.

His talent will be missed.

STP was the soundtrack of my '90s. I'm so gutted about this. Saw them live back in the day and they put on a damn great show.

48 is too young. Had always hoped he'd just always manage to stick around despite everything, like some others have.

Never got to see them live. My husband got to go once and said they were the best live show he ever saw.

STP makes me think of long john pants underneath your cargo shorts, black t-shirts and combat boots.
