My dad (One of those back in my day types kind of trope) OMG! WW3

OMG! What if China stopped sending stuff over or making stuff since U.S. owes them tons of money we are trillions in debt and aren't paying china OMG!

Back in his day everything was made in the U.S. So much for Nintendo. Yep Atari was made in the U.S. Love that video game company OH WAIT! No they went under! and we have Sony (JAPAN) Nintendo (JAPAN) and Microsoft (U.S. but DUH! Xbox made in China DUH!)

Apple a multi BILLION with A B dollar company RICHER than some small countries!

These gaming/cell phone etc. companies WOULD NOT dare IMO lose money from the western market!! !! !!

Sure food goes up but uh that's inflation!! ! Oh no World News coco bean issue chocolate going up 12 months later (box of dark chocolate $3 same as 12 months ago!! !)

Sure a 50 cent bag of M&M check out candy is now .75 cents but uh Wally getting greedy and I read a recent article that outside of dark chocolate most of it isn't even REAL chocolate!! ! UGH! So again Wally getting greedy IS ALL!

The show the Flash had a villain from the 25th (century) and he didn't have fast food type "Burger King" type places since there were no cows. That's a couple 100 years from now (we are in the 21st century now in 2016). So while fiction your kids/kids/kids/kids (depending on age/death) for pretend "won't have burgers" ok sure whatever! LOL!

(Just a superhero show but a neat idea)

What are your views? OMG! WW3 pay China or IMO dad's view is BS! NO WAY NINTENDO ETC.! Would lose out on western income!

He who does not learn from history is doomed to repeat it. Looks like you're headed that way, dude. You have a lot of reading to catch up on. I would suggest Gibbon's "Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire", followed by Adam Smith's "The Wealth of Nations". Then we can talk.
