Actress Patty Duke has passed away at age 69. She was one of those personalities who had been around for virtually my whole life, and I took for granted would always be around.

a beautiful, talented, classy lady who overcame much to be the spiritually evolved lady she became. RIP.

Patty Duke was the first celebrity to come out as manic depressive which is called bi polar these days.

brave talented gorgeous woman. lady. unfortunately she died from peritoneal sepsis, a ruptured intestine. an awful way to die.
