I've tallied up the score.

92 senators and representatives are being payed the big bucks to vote net neutrality to fry.
75 senators and representatives are on our side.

This isn't good, but there is hope because there are still lots and lots of undecided senators and representatives. Find out who they are in your state and contact them now.

So this time, cable companies are imposing bogus data caps (with throttling & fees if you hit the cap) and exempting some services from those caps... but not others. They're trying to find ways to work around the FCC.

Score Update:
Cable - 90 congress supporters
Net - 76 congress supporters

So here's what we're up against. No Rate Regulation of Broadband Internet Access Act. They couldn't repeal net neutrality so they're trying to take away the FCC's ability to enforce net neutrality.

It passed the house and is now in the senate. Last action on April 21. Read the second time. Placed on Senate Legislative Calendar under General Orders. Calendar No. 431.

There was a recent change made. You can now file and send a complaint to any one of the four companies backing the No Rate Regulations and Broadband Internet Access Act.
If your service is provided by the following companies:
Verizon
at&t
T-Mobile
Comcast

Go to the link provided up top and submit your complaints.
