long time [and retired as of this past sunday] "60 Minutes" correspondent Morley Safer passed today @ 84. RIP. when they made him, they broke the mold.

Goodbye to a real newsman. Another face that I grew up with, and took for granted would always be here, is gone.

take nothing for granted on this hellworld other than more hell. the world is probably a bit less safer now, without Safer on the beat keeping people [more] honest.
