Technically yes, but they get away with Hillary/Trump?Obama?Bieber paper as "promotionals" as long as the image is public domain or of a public figure/celebrity (they couldnt do that for Trump the Business man but Trump the reality TV star is fair game. Hillary the Politician is fair game. Only if it has a libelous or slanderous statement will they get in trouble. They also can claim the money goes to charity or a campaign.

I am not into toilet humor so wouldn't buy any.

Heh, I liked the "abrasive" comment. Though I go for Trump 1000power of ∞ times more than Hillary , he is an abrasive guy in attack mode. NO sugar coating that or need too.
