She really didn't deserve this.

Too many crazies around. It happens all too often, like in the case of John Lennon.

Didn't know who she was but nobody deserves to get shot by some random nutjob, what a coward, he blasts some bullets into a young woman for no reason but his own deranged crusade then shoots himself, nice waste of two lives, I don't advocate anyone harming themselves but maybe if he'd shot himself before going out or even better, turned himself into a psych ward and got help or something the day would have been nicer...

I remember Chapman actually had john lennon sign his copy of double fantasy a few hours before shooting him, there's a really creepy picture of lennon signing it, one of the eeriest pictures I've ever seen.

The police found out he was obsessed with killing her and traveled to Orlando to commit the crime.
They don't think there was a motive outside of it.

He used public transportation to get to Orlando and planned to use it to flee.

I bet his motif was some crazy entitlement thing; other news is stating that he had no connections with her.

I use the actual facts as reported by police and others.

Nearly all the stuff I've posted in the Orlando thread has come from the 3PM ET Federal briefing with ATF, FBI, Florida Law Enforcement and Orlando police.
They've also released information about his brief marriage, the reason for divorce, a statement from his ex-wife, statement from a few neighbors and his parents.
