NY Daily News wrote:
The fatal police shooting of an unarmed Oklahoma man with his hands up could be seen in "difficult to watch" video released by police Monday.

Tulsa police said one officer fired a stun gun and another officer fired one shot that killed Terence Crutcher, who was black, after investigating his stalled car Friday night. Officer Betty Shelby, who is white, fired the fatal shot and Officer Tyler Turnbough, who is also white, deployed his Taser, police have said.

...

Crutcher, 40, refused orders at the scene, according to police. Investigators released video on Monday from three officers' dashcams and a police helicopter camera, along with dispatch recordings.

...

One of two witnesses who reported the car blocking traffic on 36th St. N told a 911 dispatcher a man had fled from the car, telling her it was going to explode.

...

Tulsa’s Black Lives Matter chapter held a protest Monday outside Tulsa County Courthouse ahead of the police news conference to unveil the video of the shooting.

...

They posted a warning that the video is very graphic----but, THEN, said that officers blocked the view of him getting shot. They DO show the man lying on the ground, bloody, though----so, if this would be an issue, for you.....

I saw that early this morning on MSNBC. From the video, it seemed as if the guy was following directions when he was tased and shot. Even conservative host Joe Scarborough was outraged.

Pigs let him lay there on the ground for over 2 minutes before adminstering aid. They also lied and said he died at the hospital when he actually died right there on the road. No guns, no weapons or sudden movements, hands in the air, and summarily executed. At least the police chief isn't making excuses and is pissed off as he should be.

Looks like a bad one

I mean, making motions to go into your car (sorta looked like he was to me, but it's hard to tell), isn't a lethal threat.

If he pulled out a firearm and motioned it in a way that shows lethal intent, sure. But not until that moment.

Some facts from the police:

-Police recovered a vial of PCP, the hallucinogen also known as Angel Dust, in his SUV.
-No guns were found on the suspect or in the car.

Regardless, I don't recall him making any threatening movements toward the cops.

"Jeanne MacKenzie, Tulsa police spokeswoman, said that the responding officers on the ground thought Crutcher had reached into the driver's side window of the vehicle".

Well, it's easy to say that when none of the cops were wearing body cams.

What would you say/do if you had just murdered a man in the street on video and then left him there to die?

The cops that didn't shoot said that.

The cop that actually shot, said he looked high on PCP, would not cooperate and reached into the car window.

Then shoot when you see a weapon. There wasn't one.

Why is there this endless need to make excuses for white murderers in blue uniforms? Why do you keep trying to look for any reason that, "yes, this one was, in fact, a bad dude." I can't effing handle it. Why aren't you leaping to come up with excuses for what the VICTIM may have been doing when he was murdered with no weapon?

^^ It's not murder if an officer tells you to "Halt!", and you don't; or, if an officer tells you "Hands up", and you don't put your hands up----which, from the video, Mr. Crutcher didn't do EITHER of those things, INITIALLY. They (the officers) DID let him walk all-the-way back to his truck, before they took action----when he got to his truck, and was looking like (from the angle of the camera) he was going to open the door, or reach-through the window, they FIRST tasered him. Also, from the angle of the camera, *I* thought he was gonna reach into his car!!

His family is having a fit, because after obtaining a still from the video, showing that the window was closed, they say it was ludicrous to think he could reach-through it----but, SO WHAT; the POINT, IMO, is that he REFUSED to obey instructions!!

Why is there this endless need to make excuses for people who don't show respect for authority? If a WHITE person did this, they would get shot, TOO----and, HAVE!!

PCP seems like a nightmare drug, it is not surprising the guy was not cooperating or if his actions might not make sense since the guy was probably high as a kite and thought he was god. Cops don't know what the guy has in his car, it's an unfortunate situation.

Really ... it's punishable by death in your country to walk with your hands up to your car. This whole obey instructions thing is a cop out. Why don't these cops just engage their common sense.
