And these are the people who are going to save us from Ms. Clinton.

Is there any point in trying to improve, defend, or redeem this country any more??

I'm not sure Jesus Christ Himself could redeem this mess. As best as I understand it, a sinner must at least try to be repentant in order for redemption to take place.

These are the people tens of frothing tens of frothing thousands rally behind. These are the people they tell me I'm supposed to support. The practitioners (don't you dare try to pretend the Clinton camp has clean hands) of this polarizing, fire-stoking, beyond-partisan BS.

We've been in more dire straits than this. We'll get through it. We may be a little bruised and bloody by the time it's all over but we'll get through it.

True. Keep in mind that this Trump advisor said something so bad that it prompted a Secret Service investigation. It's illegal to threaten the life of a president.

Well, if such a thing as a Clinton execution could happen under a Trump Presidency, then that would kick off a violent purge of anyone who doesn't like that human Cheeto. But I speak in hyperbole... I hope.

why besmirch the reputation of the innocent and delectable Cheeto, when there are so many more deserving objects which can be used as a synonymous epithet referring to presidential candidate meatloafhead.

God I wish pretty much Trump, Clinton, their advisors and campaigns, and many many many many many more candidates and politicians would just be put on a desert island to live out their lives and stop annoying everyone else, I'm guessing with them gone the whole narratives of pretty much anger and apocalyptic voting would lose traction, life could go back to some sense of sanity, etc. Of not, then maybe a civil disobedience movement like the People Power Revolution in the Philippines to overthrow the current system.
