Bavaria's biggest newspaper/website reports one dead, eleven injured, and they are not sure what happened but at the moment assume it was "not an accident" - and in this scenario, they also assume that the one person dead was the perpetrator.

And, @ OP: that's a stock foto and has nothing to do with what happened.
Sputniknews is a terrible source.
