Breakthrough solar cell captures CO2 and sunlight, produces burnable fuel

If Trump's hate policies were already in effect, the world might have lost what is potentially the greatest scientific discovery of the 21st Century. Not only does the new method produce energy using sunlight as a catalyst - it also removes carbon from the atmosphere in the process.
