That's really disturbing. I'm glad his abuse was exposed and that it is found abhorrent. Scary to think that not too long ago, people would have accepted his word and let the abuse continue.

Dr. Ole Ivar Lovaas, or, as I affectionately call him, "Dr. Slappy," is apparently alive and well in the United Kingdom.

Why aren't caregivers and parents sitting in the same room with their child and therapist during sessions?
