Too bad most of it is behind a paywall.

It sounds like the experts who quit are principled people.

I think the OP is referring to this...

http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style ... 44291.html

Quote:
Police have been urged to investigate the first suspected UK case of a parent giving their child industrial strength bleach as a “cure” for autism.

Thames Valley officers have received a complaint that a young mother was using doses of MMS or “Miracle Mineral Solution” on her young son who has autism.

The bleach treatment is in a certain sense a rather striking and somewhat poetic example of the toxic delusions of some of the curist elements. Being willing to poison people with a substance that internet trolls tell people drink and which average person would be considered suicidal to have intentionally drank is touted as a curing substance against autism. Its absurd, yet is but one manifestation of a toxic mentality gone unhinged.

The more we go into the 21st century, the more people act like it's the Dark Ages. May as well as go back to bloodletting.

I'm wondering if some parents do this as part of a subconscious desire to not have any autistic children, even if that means killing them.
